Savoring each bite on my private balcony overlooking the mesmerizing Caldera, I felt truly immersed in the essence of Greek gastronomy.For a change of scenery, I ventured to the nearby Posidonia Greek Tavern, where I indulged in traditional Greek dishes that were a true ode to the island's culinary heritage.
